【关键词】 卒中  入院延迟  健康教育【摘要】    目的 探讨急性卒中者院前延迟的原因。    方法 回顾性分析1998年4月至2003年3月首次发病入院的卒中患者864例临床资料。    结果 引起患者院前延迟的主要原因有：文化水平及健康教育知识的多少，病情严重程度，急诊救护条件，年龄，发病时间，既往健康状况，独居，天气条件，儿女孝敬程度，经济状况等。    结论 大力开展社区教育及全民健康教育，普及医学常识，提高健康意识及疾病意识；提高全民族的文化水平；组建有效的急救系统，合理配置卫生资源，开设生命绿色通道等可有效地缩短患者的入院时间。 [Key words] stroke delay to arrive，hospital health education .[Abstract]     Objective  To study the factors effected on acute stroke patients to delay arrival at hospital.    Mothods  the clinical data of 864 acute stroke patients who respectively had their first admission from Apr.1998 to Mar.2003 Were restrospectively  analysed.   &nb
